Through strategic marketing efforts, we inform prospective students, highlight college events, activities, and services, and elevate the college’s reputation through innovative design, multimedia, photography, digital content, and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing & Public Affairs Department provides leadership, expertise, and support in the following areas:
- Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement marketing communications strategies, including advertising, public relations, and website content, to raise external awareness of the college.
- Program Promotion: Actively promote college programs, services, and opportunities to external audiences such as prospective students, supporters, and the local community.
- Strategic Marketing Support: Support the college’s mission through targeted marketing strategies, encompassing design services, copywriting, and photography for various college initiatives.
- Creative Design & Production: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including advertisements, flyers, posters, brochures, booklets, newsletters, postcards, and more.
- Media Relations & Publicity: Craft and distribute news and feature stories to media outlets to generate coverage for college activities and accomplishments.
- Public Relations Strategy: Identify and lead public relations efforts that strengthen the college’s image and relationships with external stakeholders.
- Website Management: Oversee and maintain the design, content, and functionality of the college website and any secondary college-operated websites.
- Multimedia Production: Capture, edit, and assemble audio, video, and still images for use in marketing, promotional, and informational materials.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain engaging content on the college’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent voice and visual identity across all marketing and communications materials, aligning with the college’s overarching brand strategy.
- Design and Content Quality: Guarantee that all print and digital projects are visually compelling, well-written, and produced within the designated budget constraints.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Use data-driven research to assess the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
