CCCC accepts online payments through Discover, Visa, or MasterCard through Self-Service seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

• The Deferred Payment Plan is not available via Self-Service. You may register for your classes via Self-Service and pay using the Deferred Payment Plan (via NELNET) option.
• Self-Service is occasionally subject to downtime due to routine maintenance and end-of-month reporting.

Each campus location will accept any of the following payment types:

• Cash
• Personal check/Money order: 
  • No starter checks, over-the-counter checks, or credit card checks will be accepted.
  • All checks and money orders must be made payable to Central Carolina Community College.
  • The face of the check/money order must include the following:
    • Student's Central Carolina Student ID number
    • The current mailing address of the authorized person signing the check or money order
    • The current phone number of the authorized person signing the check or money order

To help meet your education expenses, CCCC is proud to offer a NELNET tuition payment plan. This is not a loan program or financial aid. There are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check.

The cost to budget your interest-free payment plan is a $30 per semester NELNET Enrollment Fee, which CCCC pays to NELNET for their service.

Students may have family members or organizations contributing to their education by paying the college directly. Sponsors and third-party payers require authorization from the student and must follow procedures to submit payments.  A new letter of authorization is required each semester. Sponsored students should contact the business office for more information.
