Research Requests

Effective April 2017, the Board of Trustees passed the Data Access Policy to guide the research efforts participated in by Central Carolina Community College. The Institutional Review Board has been dissolved. Any prospective researchers should review the new Data Access Policy.

Internal data requests (both quantitative and qualitative) should be made directly to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Research.

External researchers should first consider accessing publicly available secondary data from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Research webpage and/or other public data sources such as the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and the North Carolina Community College System.

Other external requests, such as researchers considering Central Carolina Community College as a potential site for his/her dissertation research, should contact the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Research for assistance.

Requests from media or public agencies must be routed through the College's Public Information Officer.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks for review of your completed application.
