Pop into the Student Center for a Valentine's treat with SGA and TRiO.

Culinary Arts students are hosting a three-course Valentine's Day Dinner for $65 per couple (meal, drink and special gift). Rsvp by February 9th to rmint175@cccc.edu for dine in or take out. 

Menu

• Appetizer - Celebration Salad or Zuppa Toscana Soup 
• Main Course: Choice of Chicken Marsala with herb red bliss mash and garlic-white wine asparagus, Italian Braised Beef Ragu over parmesan polenta topped with julienned spring vegetables. Seared Apricot Glazed Salmon over couscous with sauteed heirloom vegetables
• Dessert: Mini Strawberry Bundt with whipped cream and sugar decor or Chocolate Mousse served with a mini chocolate truffle
