Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of Central Carolina Community College is charged by the General Assembly of North Carolina with the responsibility of governing the college. The college president serves under the board and reports to it.

Sixteen community members from the college's service area of Chatham, Harnett, and Lee counties sit on the board. Each is committed to excellence in education at the institution.

Bylaws of The Board of Trustees

The Bylaws of the Board of Trustees of Central Carolina Community College guides the internal operation of the Board of Trustees and are a subsection of the college’s official policies and procedures. The purpose of the bylaws is to enable the Board of Trustees to discharge its responsibilities efficiently and effectively and is not to handicap the Board of Trustees in the governing of the college.
