SANFORD, N.C. – Fae Goodman has received the Central Carolina Community College Cougar Champion of the Year Award for 2024-2025. She is CCCC Chatham Early College Liaison/Anthropology Instructor.
This award is intended to show appreciation and recognize individuals for exceptional contributions and customer service inside or outside of their departments. The full-time employees who win the monthly award are then eligible to be recognized as Cougar Champion of the Year.
“Fae does so much for her students that people do not see. The Chatham Early College students can contribute a major part of their success to Fae's passion, knowledge, and just genuine care. She is always proactive,” says Nick Testa, CCCC Early College Coordinator.
“The Chatham Early College has a nearly 100% associate degree graduation rate every single year, and Fae is a critical part of that. Her eagerness to improve every semester always motivates me to try and do the same,” said Testa.
Goodman is co-chair of the President's Council Advisory Group and has served as a CCCC Ambassador.
