The career outlook for Health and Fitness Science is very strong. As more and more employers in the fitness industry are looking for credentialed employees to serve their clients, there are many opportunities for employment in a variety of different roles in both the public and private sector.
Students can obtain their associate degree and continue on to earn their bachelor's degree at certain colleges and universities and even complete their education with a master's or doctorate degree in physical education, or a related field. With each advance in education and credentials, a student's employment opportunities and salary potential increase significantly.
