Emergency Medical Science

Overview

This program has two parts. In part one, students successfully complete a continuing education paramedic program through an accredited school.

In part two, students receive 47 transfer credits and complete 24 credit hours of general education classes to earn an Associate in Applied Science degree in Emergency Medical Science. General education classes can be taken at any of the college’s campuses, can be taken either in-person or online, and can be taken as slow or fast as the student chooses. Financial aid is available for the general education classes for students who qualify.
