The annual Angel Tree program is designed to benefit children of CCCC students during the holidays. Students with financial need may apply for their children to be sponsored as part of the program. The Student Ambassadors Program has one spot available for Spring 2023, and recruitment will begin next week! Applications will open on November 7 and close at midnight on November 23rd. Any student who qualifies for the program can apply.
Please note that applicants are required to obtain two recommendations from CCCC staff or faculty members.
The requirements for the Student Ambassadors program are as follows:
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Semester GPA of 2.5 or higher
Curriculum student that has completed at least 12 credit hours. Curriculum student status is determined by the definition in the CCCC Catalog
Full-time status per program definition. If below full-time status, permission must be granted by the advisor prior to the beginning of the semester
Student Ambassadors are required to complete the following service requirements:
Complete a minimum of 100 service hours during the one-semester term (Spring 2023 Semester).
Attend all required events:
New Student Orientations, Registration Activities, Graduation Ceremonies, Foundation Events
Attend all scheduled monthly Ambassador meetings
Participate in and complete the Ambassador Leadership Class and Training Sessions
Assist campus partners with student recruitment and engagement, including Admissions, Recruitment and Onboarding, Student Success, Student Activities, and more.
Assist the College Administration in various improvement initiatives and ensure program success.
Attend other events as requested
In compensation for their service hours, In-State tuition and fees are covered by the Student Ambassador scholarship provided by the college.

(Being a first-gen student means that you are the first in your immediate family to go to college). Whether you are a first-generation student, graduate, or advocate, everyone is welcome!

The Student Ambassadors Program has one spot available for Spring 2023, and recruitment will begin next week! Applications will open on November 7 and close at midnight on November 23rd. Any student who qualifies for the program can apply.
Please note that applicants are required to obtain two recommendations from CCCC staff or faculty members.
The requirements for the Student Ambassadors program are as follows:
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Semester GPA of 2.5 or higher
Curriculum student that has completed at least 12 credit hours. Curriculum student status is determined by the definition in the CCCC Catalog
Full-time status per program definition. If below full-time status, permission must be granted by the advisor prior to the beginning of the semester
Student Ambassadors are required to complete the following service requirements:
Complete a minimum of 100 service hours during the one-semester term (Spring 2023 Semester).
Attend all required events:
New Student Orientations, Registration Activities, Graduation Ceremonies, Foundation Events
Attend all scheduled monthly Ambassador meetings
Participate in and complete the Ambassador Leadership Class and Training Sessions
Assist campus partners with student recruitment and engagement, including Admissions, Recruitment and Onboarding, Student Success, Student Activities, and more.
Assist the College Administration in various improvement initiatives and ensure program success.
Attend other events as requested
In compensation for their service hours, In-State tuition and fees are covered by the Student Ambassador scholarship provided by the college.
Important Ambassador Recruitment Dates:

Student Ambassadors are required to complete the following service requirements:
Complete a minimum of 100 service hours during the one-semester term (Spring 2023 Semester).
Attend all required events:
New Student Orientations, Registration Activities, Graduation Ceremonies, Foundation Events
Attend all scheduled monthly Ambassador meetings
Participate in and complete the Ambassador Leadership Class and Training Sessions
Assist campus partners with student recruitment and engagement, including Admissions, Recruitment and Onboarding, Student Success, Student Activities, and more.
Assist the College Administration in various improvement initiatives and ensure program success.
Attend other events as requested
In compensation for their service hours, In-State tuition and fees are covered by the Student Ambassador scholarship provided by the college.

The annual Angel Tree program is designed to benefit children of CCCC students during the holidays. Students with financial need may apply for their children to be sponsored as part of the program. Participation in this event is voluntary and is open to current curriculum CCCC students only.
CCCC Students, faculty, and staff may adopt an Angel from the Angel tree to provide clothes, shoes, and toys.

The Student Ambassadors Program has one spot available for Spring 2023, and recruitment will begin next week! Applications will open on November 7 and close at midnight on November 23rd. Any student who qualifies for the program can apply.
Please note that applicants are required to obtain two recommendations from CCCC staff or faculty members.
The requirements for the Student Ambassadors program are as follows:
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Semester GPA of 2.5 or higher
Curriculum student that has completed at least 12 credit hours. Curriculum student status is determined by the definition in the CCCC Catalog

The CCCC Student Government Association is actively recruiting for the two open positions for the Spring 2023 Student Government Association Executive Board! This is a great opportunity for students to gain leadership skills, get involved in the campus community, and work to get the events that they want to see happen on-campus and virtually! Student Government Executive Board positions are PAID positions! Please share this information widely with any student who might be interested.
Open Executive Board Positions:
Secretary
Chatham County Representative
To be eligible for the Executive Board a student must be:
A CCCC Curriculum Student
Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
Returning for the Spring 2023 semester
In good academic standing (2.0 GPA)
No current conduct or disciplinary status
SGA Executive Board Recruitment Important Dates:
Applications Open: November 7
Applications Close: November 21
Applicants Notified of Candidacy Status: November 23
Campaign Week: November 28 - December 2nd
Voting Open: December 5 - 9
Executive Board Announced: December 12

The Office of Student Activities and the Student Government Association is beginning this year's Angel Tree program. The annual Angel Tree program is designed to benefit children of CCCC students during the holidays. Students with financial need may apply for their children to be sponsored as part of the program. Participation in this event is voluntary and is open to current curriculum CCCC students only.
CCCC Students, faculty, and staff may adopt an Angel from the Angel tree to provide clothes, shoes, and toys.
