CCCC Brothers of Excellence is a program that seeks to increase the retention, graduation, engagement and overall success of minoritized males through academic engagement, mentoring, success coaching, and student involvement.
CCCC Brothers of Excellence provides academic, personal, and career based support services and organizes a variety of activities to develop students. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Early Arrival Program- Minoritized Male Student Orientation
- CCCC Brothers of Excellence Mentoring Program

- Community Service Projects
