Dr. Pamela Gibson Senegal, Central Carolina Community College's Vice President of Economic and Community Development, has been named as the fifth president of Piedmont Community College. Dr. Senegal will begin her Presidency on July 1, contingent upon her final approval by the State Board of Community Colleges on June 26.
