CCCC offers week-long Spanish immersion class

SILER CITY - Immerse yourself in a week-long Spanish class at Central Carolina Community College and gain greater mastery of vocabulary and communication skills.
"Hablemos! - Let's Talk!", Course #3255, is designed to provide an intensive and authentic experience filled with opportunities to learn the language in a practical and applicable manner for use at work and in the community.
This program is for those who have intermediate to advanced experience with Spanish. They will gain greater proficiency by immersing them in substantive yet informal instruction and enrichment sessions.
The program is offered at the college's Siler City Center, 40 Progress Blvd., Central Carolina Business Campus, Siler City. The 27-hour class runs 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Nov. 4 through Nov. 8, in Room 230. The cost is $251.25. Instructors for the class are Estebania Chojnacki, Wayne J. Pond, and Audrey Schwankl. The class will work with the textbook, "Practice Makes Perfect: Complete Spanish Grammar."
