PITTSBORO - Opportunity was the big winner as golfers wrapped up the Tenth Central Carolina Community College Foundation Chatham Golf Classic May 3 at The Golf Club at Chapel Ridge.

The Classic combines fun with the serious goal of raising funds to assist CCCC students who need financial help to stay in college. The proceeds will be used to fund scholarships and to support other needs of the college.

The Chatham County Golf Classic was a Four-Person Captain's Choice Flighted competition. The winners, team scores, and sponsors were:
