The Central Carolina Community College 2016-2017 Leadership through Learning First Cohort has successfully completed a year-long program, which equips employees with opportunities to enhance their skills, knowledge, and abilities by providing them with resources and networking opportunities to ensure their success. During its commencement, the group shared with members of the President's Council two projects it developed to increase student access from the college's Strategic Plan.
