Jeff Cathcart, Commander of American Legion Post 93 in Siler City, told those attending the Veterans Day program held Nov. 3 at the CCCC Siler City Center: "The bottom line is, veterans have given us freedom, security, and the greatest nation on earth. It is impossible to put a price on that. But we can remember them ... we can appreciate them, and we can honor their service and the sacrifices they've made on our behalf."
