Central Carolina Community College held a year-long Leadership Institute for employees with three main goals - promote college unity, develop leadership qualities, and help each other gain insight and confidence needed for leadership effectiveness. Daisha Gaines, CCCC Director of Organizational Development, said participants far exceeded all expectations and set the bar high for future participants.
