First CCCC Foundation Harnett Golf Classic a winner

Opportunity was the big winner as golfers wrapped up the first Central Carolina Community College Foundation Harnett Golf Classic March 20 at Chicora Golf Club. A total of 75 golfers combined fun with fundraising to assist CCCC students who need financial help to afford college. Approximately $10,000 was raised. The proceeds from the event will be used primarily for student scholarships. The First Flight First Place winning team, with a score of 54, was Kevin Blasingim, Paul Howell, Josh Tuggle, and Derek Easter, sponsored by Hayes, Williams, Turner and Daughtry, Attorneys at Law.
