CCCC's Natural Chef Kids' Camp receives TCF grant

Central Carolina Community College Culinary Arts instructor Chef Kelly Burton (left) demonstrates proper plate preparation to students at the college's Chatham County Campus. The Culinary Arts program has received a grant from the Triangle Community Foundation for its Summer 2013 Natural Chef Youth Nutrition and Sustainability Camp. At the camp, youth will be taught many of the healthy food selection and preparation principles learned in the curriculum class.
