CCCC-Lee graduates 10 in law enforcement

Central Carolina Community College’s Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) program in Lee County graduated 10 cadets in a May 10 ceremony at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. Those graduating and awards received were (from left) cadets Michael C. Poole, Michael B. Klingman (Best Police Officer Physical Abilities Test) and Jimmy L. Holbrook, all of Lee County; Robert A. Pelkey (Top Gun) and Marcus R. Rummel, both of Harnett County; BLET Director Robert W. Powell; cadets Daniel J. Castlebury (Most Improved Physical Training) and Zachary A. Jenrette, both of Chatham County; Dustin L. Miller (Class Leader), and Delanie M. Warcup (Most Motivational), both of Harnett County; and, Alvin McCallister (Highest Class GPA and Highest State Exam), of Moore County.
