CCCC summer graduation celebrates achievements

Tommy Bridges Jr. (right), of Lee County, receives his Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration degree from Central Carolina Community College President Bud Marchant during Central Carolina Community College’s 47th Annual Summer Commencement Exercises Thursday at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. Bridges was also recognized for having one of the highest grade point averages in the graduating class.

Wicker Civic Center. Lincoln received her Associate in Applied Science in Veterinary Medical Technology and was one of the commencement speakers. Lincoln moved to Lee County from Cheraw, S.C., to enroll in the program and her mother came from there to see her graduate.

Travis Faircloth (right), of Harnett County, receives his Associate in Applied Science in Industrial Systems Technology degree from Central Carolina Community College President Bud Marchant during the college’s 47th Annual Summer Commencement Exercises Thursday at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. Faircloth also earned an A.A.S. in Industrial Systems Technology:Bio-Maintenance, Diploma in Industrial Systems Technology, and certificates in Electrical Controls, Industrial Hydraulics, Programmable Logic Controls, and Welding.
