Trinity Faucett, Ed.S., IPMA-SCP, Director of HR, Team Leader & Grant Administrator
Trinity has been in Human Resources for over 20 years. She has served in the government, non-profit and higher education sectors. She has three children and two dogs. A Harnett County native, she is married to her high school sweetheart who is a law enforcement officer. She has been Certified by the International Public Management Association for HR as a Senior Certified Professional. She earned an MPA from Indiana State University and an Education Specialist Degree in Higher Education Leadership from Fort Hays University.
Since being hired at CCCC in 2015, she led the HR Department in being named the College & University Professional Association’s Southern Regional Human Resource Department Award for HR Excellence and the National Human Resource Award for HR Excellence. In addition to being a Certified Facilitator for Financial Wellness, she is also a Certified Facilitator for Resilience & Thriving and Certified Facilitator for Empowered Health Consciousness through the National Wellness Institute.
Kelly Baird, Senior HR Coordinator - Full-time Employment Coordinator

Kelly is also Certified by the International Public Management Association for HR. She graduated from CCCC in 2012 with her A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Technology and was awarded Most Outstanding Student in the CCCC Paralegal Program for the year 2012 in Academic Excellence. After graduation, she worked as a personal injury paralegal and bookkeeper. She returned to CCCC in 2017 as an employee in the Continuing Education Department. Throughout her employment at CCCC, she has had the great opportunity to work in different areas and connect with colleagues in all departments. Kelly just recently started taking classes at Western Carolina University and is working towards a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and pets (5 dogs and 3 cats). She completed both the IPMA-HR Public Sector HR Essentials and the National Wellness Institute Certified Facilitator for Financial Wellness courses in 2020.

Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Graduate Certificate in the field of Finance, both earned from East Carolina University. He earned his bachelor's degree in English (BA) from North Carolina State University. In addition to serving as a Financial Wellness Facilitator, he offers instruction in the fields of Business Administration, Finance and First-Year Seminar coursework.
Prior to his role as a full-time faculty member, he served as Lead Success Coach & First in the World Co-Project Lead, Admissions Counselor & Coordinator of New Student Orientation, Distance Education Advisor & Coach, Math Success Coach and Developmental Math Instructor in Guided Studies.
Daniel's primary focus is supporting students in achieving their personal goals. As such, he measures his success by the achievements of those he serves. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, hiking, attending live sporting & music events, and spending time with his wife, fur babies, family and friends.

Latoya holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration-Business Management and Truist Emerging Leaders Certification from the University of Mount Olive (UMO). She is currently pursuing her MBA at UMO. Latoya spent almost 20 years working in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant and worked in a variety of settings including assisted living and long-term care, home health care, and hospital. She started her career in academia as part-time receptionist in continuing education at Durham Tech and progressed into an administrative assistant position. She was hired with CCCC as an administrative assistant in continuing education in April 2017. In the fall of 2018 she began teaching for the college as a defensive driving instructor teaching Alive at 25 and DDC4 courses. Including these duties, she also worked as the program administrator for CCCC’s ed2go™ online education programs and as the scholarship coordinator for continuing education. In September 2020, Latoya was promoted to the position of Director of Career & Employment training.
Alexandra Dowdy, HR Coordinator - Adjunct & Part-time Employment Coordinator

Alexandra is currently earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from North Carolina Wilmington University. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a finance concentration from North Carolina Wilmington University. In addition to serving as a Financial Wellness Facilitator, she works as the Human Resources Coordinator for the college and handles all Part-time and Adjunct requests.
Before her current role at CCCC, she served as a Bookkeeper for Lee County Schools. Her responsibilities while working there were managing payroll, procurement purchasing, budget facilitating, and forecasting. Alexandra is an influential force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and timeless energy to help others succeed. She is inspired daily by her husband and three-year-old son. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, works as a part-time cosmetologist, loves to travel to new places, and enjoys doing home renovation projects.

Shirley is the Human Resources Lead Instructor in our Business Technologies Department for Central Carolina Community College. She also teaches Personal Finance and other business classes as needed. As a Senior Certified Professional of Human Resources, Shirley is the past-president of Central Carolina SHRM (local chapter), serves on North Carolina State Council as the 2021 Director-Elect; and serves on various workforce committees and community resource organization boards. She is also the advisor for HR Student Chapter and Toastmasters, and one of the advisors to Phi Beta Lambda student organization. Shirley is also a student alumnus of CCCC.
Her educational qualifications include her BS in Human Resources, MBA, Masters Certificate in Data Driven Leadership from Franklin University. She holds additional certifications in Nonprofit Management, Train the Trainer, Flipped Learning-Instructor, Distinguished Toastmaster, DiSC Facilitator, Working Smart Instructor (soft skills for employability), Choose to Win Coach and Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. Shirley recently obtained from the National Wellness Institute, Financial Facilitator.

- The Foundation for Financial Wellness is CCCC's partner in training for Financial Wellness webinars and seminars. You will see more information from them when you attend these sessions led by our Certified Financial Wellness Facilitators. The Foundation for Financial Wellness is a 501(c)(3) that works with individuals and organizations, delivering courses and counseling to help increase financial health and wellbeing.

- Credit Abuse Resistance Education – C.A.R.E. – is the brainchild of a bankruptcy judge in New York. This financial literacy outreach program has grown to all 50 states. The information available on each page includes handouts, articles, and videos topics such as budgeting, credit card information, buying a car, minimizing debt, and predatory lending.
