The 50th Anniversary Kickoff on July 23rd celebrates the college and all those who have been part of our establishment, growth, and success since we offered our first class in 1961. In the 50 years since then, we have grown to three campuses and multiple instructional centers throughout Chatham, Harnett, and Lee counties.
The 50th Anniversary Kickoff serves as the beginning of a yearlong celebration of events and activities. The community is invited to this FREE family-friendly event, which features fireworks, a cornhole tournament, children's arts and crafts, antique vehicle display, martial art, clowns, live music, games, food, and much more.
The celebration runs from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 23rd. The event will be held at the college's Emergency Services Training Center, 3000 Airport Road, in Sanford.
