Community Programs

Central Carolina Community College serves as a rich cultural and educational resource for the community beyond our regularly scheduled programs. We also partner with various community agencies and organizations to offer programs and events. Among our offerings are:

Community Lecture Series

The Department of Continuing Education sponsors a lecture series annually, with lectures offered in each of the three counties in our service area: Chatham, Harnett, and Lee.

Speakers' Bureau

Central Carolina Community College has many staff and faculty who are experts in their fields. Creative Writing Program

Enjoy expressing yourself with the written word?

The college's Creative Writing Program at its Chatham County Campus is designed for participants to enhance their skills and enjoy themselves while doing so. Classes and workshops will be offered each spring and fall semester in the various genres of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
