North Carolina Wesleyan Partnership (ASPIRE)

North Carolina Wesleyan College (NCWC) wants to enhance and expand the educational opportunities for adult graduates of Central Carolina Community College. NCWC offers a unique collection of programs that allows qualified students to earn their bachelor's degree while not traveling too far from home with many classes offered at the Durham campus location. Some programs have a significant portion online to aid working adults.

As part of the NCWC partnership, North Carolina Wesleyan College will:

  • Provide a NCWC admissions specialist who will assist with paperwork, financial aid, and other college resources
  • Establish a seamless, guaranteed transfer to NCWC
  • Waive application fees
  • Offer courses in a variety of formats, including 8-week classes to ensure faster degree completion
  • Automatically accept CCCC graduates (AA and AS; some AAS students may also be accepted) who are at least age 21 (some exceptions may apply)
  • Ensure that tuition will be equal to or less than the state system's pf attendance, benchmarked against NC State and UNC-CH.

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Major offered online)
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with the option to add a concentration in Entrepreneurship
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (Major Offered online)
  • Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice (Major Offered online)
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing (Major Offered online)
  • Bachelor of Science in Organizational Administration
  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
