SANFORD - Mark Cronmiller, of Sanford, was honored for his service to Central Carolina Community College's Board of Trustees before the Trustees' meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center in Sanford.
Mr. Cronmiller served on the CCCC Board of Trustees from 2014 to 2018.
Julian Philpott, Chairman of the CCCC Board of Trustees, talked about the good work of Mr. Cronmiller and his fellow Trustees on the Building and Grounds Committee during all of the construction work that has occurred in the last few years. "On behalf of the Board, we appreciate everything you have meant and continue to mean to this College," said Mr. Philpott.
"From the bottom of my heart, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for your service to Central Carolina Community College," said CCCC President Dr. T. Eston Marchant, who spoke of Mr. Cronmiller's integral work on the CCCC Board of Trustees.
Mr. Cronmiller said it had been a real privilege to serve on the board. "It was such an honor for me to be a Trustee," said Mr. Cronmiller. "It was wonderful being on the Board of Trustees."
