CCCC offers variety of continuing education classes in Chatham County

PITTSBORO -- Central Carolina Community College will offer a variety of continuing education classes during August in Chatham County.

Classes include:

Agriculture & Natural Resource: Organic Crop Production, Tractors and Farm Machinery.

Animals & Pets: Dog Obedience (Beginning), Dog Obedience - Canine Good Citizen.

Artistry & Craftsmanship: Basics of Art, Pottery - Ceramic Design (day and night classes).

Business Leadership: Notary Public.

College & Career Readiness: Adult Basic Education, Adult High School, Bell Academy, High School Equivalency, English as a Second Language, ESL Crossroads Cafe, Student Success Orientation.

Construction: Introduction to Masonry, Women in Construction.

Creative Writing: variety of genres.

Culinary Arts & Hospitality: Culinary Essentials (Beginning), Natural Chef Certification, Plant Based Diet Basics I.

Emergency Medical Services: Basic Anatomy and Physiology.

Fire & Rescue Services: Alarms & Communications.

Foreign Languages: Conversational Spanish (Advanced), Spanish (Beginning).

Health & Medical Occupations: Nurse Aide I, Phlebotomy Technician.

Human Services: Human Services Exploration: DSS Caseworker.

Teacher Training: Effective Teacher Training.
