In observance of World Mental Health Day, Cougars Care will provide a relaxed and approachable space where students can learn more about mental health resources available and engage in simple wellness activities. Students are encouraged to stop by, participate, and pick up mental wellness materials along with fun giveaways. The event will feature a Positive Affirmation Wall, where students can share uplifting messages, and a Healthy Snacks Bar offering nutrient-packed snacks and beverages to enjoy as they unwind.
