Members of Central Carolina Community College’s faculty and staff have completed the college’s Leadership Connections staff development program that trains department chairs, program coordinators, and division chairpersons in leadership skills. The graduates completed four three-hour workshops, Internet Blackboard resource training, and a coaching component.
