CCCC hosts Advanced Manufacturing Week events

Jared Gibson, of Lee County, a student in Central Carolina Community College's Computer Integrated Machining program, works with a vertical milling machine in the Machine Shop at the Lee County Campus. During North Carolina Advanced Manufacturing Week, April 8-14, the college is hosting open houses for its manufacturing programs at its campuses in Lillington, Sanford and Pittsboro. The open houses will be held in Lillington from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday, April 8; in Sanford from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 9; and in Pittsboro from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, April 11.
