Local celebrity Charlee Cougar (left), Central Carolina Community College's mascot, greeted Arlie Honeycutt, Miss North Carolina 2012, when she visited the college's tent at the Lee Regional Fair Sept. 14. While there, she received a complimentary hand paraffin treatment from students in the college's Esthetics program. The fair continues through Sept. 16. Honeycutt, a Garner resident, will compete in the Miss America pageant in January. Charlee will continue to liven up college events.
