The Administration/Classroom Building at Central Carolina Community College's Chatham County Campus, in Pittsboro, was the college's first permanent facility in the county. Pittsboro residents Thomas and Jean Reeves owned the 43-acre property on U.S. Highway 64 West where the campus is now located. They sold part of the property to the college and gifted the rest to it. The Administration Building was completed in 1992.
