Central Carolina Community College's Emergency Services Training Center has been training emergency responders from around the state and nation - and even attracting some from other countries - since it opened in 2001. Among the training programs it offers is an Extrication College. The pictured session was taught by instructor Billy Leach Jr. (center, white helmet) in 2011. Firefighters and other first responders learned how to quickly reach victims inside a crashed car.
