Tom Snell (left), president of the Sanford Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Foundation, and SAIFA secretary-treasurer Joey Stewart (right) present a $2,500 check to Diane Glover, executive director of the Central Carolina Community College Foundation for the J. Fletcher Rosser/SAIFA Memorial Scholarship Endowment. SAIFA established this endowed scholarship in 2004 for CCCC students enrolled in Business Technologies. The endowment annually awards a $1,000 scholarship. Rosser, who passed away in 2003 at the age of 76, was a Sanford insurance agent, SAIFA leader, and community servant for many years.
