Warner retires from CCCC Board of Trustees

Frances Warner (right), of Lemon Springs, was honored for her 12 years of service on the Central Carolina Community College Board of Trustees prior to the board's July 27 meeting at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. Among those congratulating her were trustee Bobby Powell (center) and his wife, Linda, of Sanford. Warner, a Lee County Board of Commissioners appointee to the college's board, had served as a trustee since 1999.

Frances Warner (left), of Lemon Springs, was honored for her 12 years of service on the Central Carolina Community College Board of Trustees prior to the board's July 27 meeting at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. In gratitude for her service, board chairman Ed Garrison (right) presented Warner with a print of drawings of CCCC building by artist Jerry Miller. Warner, a Lee County Board of Commissioners appointee to the college's board, had served as a trustee since 1999.
