Central Carolina Community College theater students and Chatham community members wowed audiences with their production of ‘Dreamland, A Musical,’ an adaptation of Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ set in the 1920s. The musical, performed the weekends of April 8-10 and 14-17 at Chatham Mills, left the audiences wanting more. The play was adapted by local playwright Drew Lasater and directed by CCCC drama instructor Ellen, with music direction by Creighton Irons.
