Don Harwell, certified Kansas City Barbeque Society judge, will teach a class in barbeque judging from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at Central Carolina Community College’s Harnett County Campus, in Lillington. By the end of the class, students will be prepared to judge at the many KCBS-sanctioned competitions around the country. The cost is $85, which includes a one-year KCBS membership.
