CCCC Basic Law Enforcement graduates 16

Central Carolina Community College’s Basic Law Enforcement Training program graduated 16 cadets in a ceremony Dec. 16 at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center. Those graduating were (front, from left) Andrew Freeman, of Siler City; Jamie Byrd, of Lillington; Travis McCosley, of Broadway; Garland Coffer, of Sanford; Gregory Powers, of Vass; William Youngblood, of Sanford; Richard Mussi, of Syracuse, N.Y.; and Matthew Watson, of Sanford; and (back row, from left) David Hornsby, of Lillington; Robert Holder, of Sanford; Paul Veling, of Angier; Morgan Kidwell, of Gordonsville, Va.; Barrie Robinson, of Broadway; Joshua Blackburn, of Sanford; David Meszaros, of Sanford; and Antoine Thomas, of Willow Springs. The cadets completed 624 hours of law enforcement training, 12 weeks of physical training, and passed a four-hour comprehensive state written exam.
