'10-11 CCCC Foundation Annual Report Now Online
The community continued to show their support for Central Carolina Community College by contributing $365,000 in private gifts during the 2010-2011 fiscal year.

These gifts included long term commitments made to the college through the establishment of four named endowments and the naming of the Louise L. Tuller Associate Degree Nursing program of study. In-kind gifts of equipment, supplies, pro bono, and other services totaling $14,000 were also donated to the college. 

During the 2010 – 2011 fiscal year the CCCC Foundation provided $225,000 in direct
support to the college and the students it serves.

CCCC alumni and friends are invited to celebrate the mark that graduates leave on our communities during our  inaugural "homecoming" event.


The three-day event includes:

  • Alumni Seminar Series
  • Alumni Resume Workshop
  • Special on-campus promotions
  • Alumni Reception on February 1 prior to the Men's Basketball Game
  • Men's Basketball vs. Sandhills CC
  • Announcement of the Distinguished Alumni Award(s) at halftime

CCCC Distinguished Alumni Awards
Nomination Deadline Extended: January 6, 2011


Beginning in 2012, the Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) Alumni Association will present the Distinguished Alumni Award(s) (DAA). This will be an annual award presented to individuals guided by the following criteria.

Nominees will also possess any combination (one or more) of the following:
a. Demonstrated dedication and support for the College and/or the CCCC Foundation
b. Commitment to serving the citizens of the CCCC service area in Lee, Harnett, and/or Chatham counties
c. Outstanding achievements in their profession and/or civic and community affairs

Award recipient(s) will be announced on February 1 during halftime of the Men's Basketball game versus Sandhills Community College.  The official award presentation will occur during the 50th Anniversary Gala in June 2012.

 

Rabbit Run 5K in Pittsboro on April 28, 2012 - Register now
 

On your mark… get set… GO!  Mark your calendars now, and join us for the inaugural CCCC Rabbit Run 5K! The run will be held on April 28, 2012 on CCCC’s Pittsboro campus.

Cost is $20 for the 5K and $10 for the Fun Run. 
Race-day registration is $25. 

All runners/walkers will receive an awesome T-shirt and other goodies.  The course is USAT-certified and promises to be an exciting and challenging course for new and experienced runners....Come run with us
